1 chicken breast per person, deboned and cut in strips
buttermilk
flour
oil
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken strips in buttermilk, then roll in flour. Deep fry until done. Make gravy out of remaining ingredients except cashews; pour over chicken. Sprinkle cashews on top. Serve over rice. Can also sprinkle with onion tops.
