10 oz frozen peas cooked without butter and drained
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c grated Cheddar cheese
3 large tomatoes
1 bottle Italian dressing
1/2 lb bacon, crumbled
pitted black olives
4 to 6 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, green pepper, onion, celery and peas. Spread mayonnaise over layers out to the edge of bowl and seal against side of bowl. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Cook bacon and crumble.
When ready to serve: Layer tomatoes on top and make rows of olives, sliced eggs and bacon.
