3 cup All Bran Cereal
1 cup boiling water
2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup shorteninng, butter, oleo, or crisco
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup raisins
2 1/2 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp taking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cereal with hot water, allow to stand 5 minutes then add buttermilk. Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Stir in raisins. Mix. Sift flour, soda and salt. Combine with all other ingredients, stir just until blended. Put into greased muffin tins and bake 400 degrees about 15 to 20 minutes. Batter may be stored, covered in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
