Unbaked Pie Shell 3 rounded T. Flour
Apples, Dr. Matthews if possible dash Salt
1 C. Sugar 1/4 C. Half & Half Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up apples in pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake for 50 more minutes.
