1 bag frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (either plain or with peppers and onions)
2 cans Fat-Free Chicken Broth
1 pkg. dry Fat-Free Country Gravy Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in with chicken broth and cook for about 10 minutes or until potatoes start to soften. Mix gravy mix with 1/2 cup cold water and add to potatoes. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
One Serveing (one cup) - 1 Point
