1 pkg. 99% fat free ground turkey
1 pkg. Good Seasonings Zesty Italian Dressing
Olive oil for dressing
Red Wine vinegar for dressing
1 avocado, sliced
Shredded carrots
Red bell pepper, sliced
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Romaine Lettuce
Fresh spinach
Goat cheese
Fresh cracked pepper
Pine nuts and/or sunflower seeds
Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated

Prepare dressing. Saute turkey in 1/3 bottle dressing. Mix spinach and romaine on each dinner plate. Sprinkle carrots over lettuce. Add tomatoes, avocado and goat cheese. Sprinkle nuts and grated cheese on top.
