l lb. butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vanilla
6 cups flour
6 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips last.
Place golf ball size scoops of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

This makes a lot of cookies. I like to put the golf ball size scoops on a cookie sheet and freeze them. Then place dough in freezer and take out a few at a time for nice hot cookies.
