2 c corn meal
1 c flour
1 1/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 c boiling water
3/4 stick melted butter
2 well beaten eggs
2 1/2 c milk
small can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the first four ingredients.
Stir in boiling water.
Stir in melted butter.
Mix in the next 3 ingredients.
Then pour in greased pan 9 x 13 and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from oven and pour 1/4 c water over top and 1/4 stick of butter. Then cover with a cloth until cooled. Delicious!!!!!!
