2 blocks cream cheese 8 oz. Feta Cheese 1 bunch green onions (diced) 3 tomatoes( chopped) 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. olive oil 2 T. Balsamic Vinegar 2 cloves garlic fresh basil (chopped)

Directions:

Mix together the 2 blocks cream cheese, the Feta Cheese and the diced green onion. (It works best to use your hands) Make into a large ball. Set onto a platter. Make a well in the ball, which will hold the tomato mixture. Stir together the rest of the ingredients. Spoon the tomato mixture into the well. Serve with pita chips. ( I like to make my pita chips. I spread olive oil over pita bread and broil or saute, then cut in wedges.)
