pepper jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Layer all ingredients in a 8x8 (roughly) baking dish. (I put the cheese on top). Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. (take foil off for the last 5 minutes till it browns a little) You'll know it's done when the cream cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
