1 15 oz.can black beans, rinsed and drained
1-1/2 c. corn kernels, fresh or frozen
2 med. tomatoes, diced 1/4"
1 green bell pepper, diced 1/4"
1 red bell pepper, diced 1/4"
1/2 c. red onion, diced
1-2 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
1/3c. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/3c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with white tortilla chips.
