pasta-8oz. cooked (twist or any shape you like)
2T. butter
2c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 large clove of garlic-minced
1 can (10 3/4 oz) mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 12 oz. can of tuna-drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a saute pan. Saute garlic and vegetables until they are warmed through. Stir in soup, milk, cheese and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the cheese melts. Stir in tuna and pasta

This is a new version of the tuna noodle casserole we grew up with. Very simple dinner when you don't have much time!
