1 lb. ground beef or turkey
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs or 1 slice of bread broken into pieces
Salt, pepper, parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
This is an easy one! Place all the ingredients, except the tomato sauce, in a large mixing bowl. After everything is thoroughly mixed together, put in a loaf pan.

Pour tomato sauce over the top and place in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. You can also top it with cheese for extra flavor.

Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad for a great dinner on a cold evening. If there is any left, you can enjoy a sandwich the next day!
