8 large potatoes peeled-leave whole in water until ready to assemble.
one large onion-peeled
Two eggs, salt, pepper and flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes and onion on a grater by hand. When finished, add eggs, salt, and pepper.
Cover mixture with light coating of flour to prevent browning. When ready to fry pancakes, mix completely.
Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and get pan hot. Spread mixture the size of a pancake-VERY THIN in frying pan. When brown, turn once. Serve immediately
