1 lb. medium uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary leaves
1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
Salt and Pepper
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Add olive oil and garlic slices to a large skillet. Cook over moderate heat until golden. Remove garlic chips. To the skillet, add rosemary, pepper flakes, and shrimp. Stir until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and transfer to serving dish. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp and serve.
