3-4 lb beef brisket
1/4 C brown sugar
2 t seasoned salt
1/2 t allspice
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim any fat from meat. In small bowl, stir together brown sugar, seasoned salt, allspice and pepper. Rub mix over entire beef brisket.

Wrap the beef brisket in a 24 inch piece of heavy foil. Place the meat in shallow baking pan.

Bake the brisket at 300 oven for 1.5 to 3 hours or till tender. Carefully unwrap the meat to avoid steam buns. Transfer the meat to cutting board, reserving juices.

Carve the brisket across the grain into slices. Place the meat on a warm serving plater. Drizzle some of the juices over the sliced meat and pass the remaining juices.
