1 pound finely chopped green cabbage
1/2 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon ground white peper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 cup diced skinless smoke turkey breast

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a pot with 8 cups
of water. over high heat, heat to boiling.
2. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about
1 hour over a medium heat. Makes about
9 cups.

Nutritional information per cup:
30 cal, 3 g carb, 2 mg chol, 100 mg sodium, 3 g prot, 1 g fat, calories frm fat = 3.
