1 16-oz bag frozen hash browns potatoes
1/2 C butter, melted
1 C. sharp Chaddar cheese or swiss cheese, grated
1 C. jack cheese, grated
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1 C. ham, diced
1/2 C. half & half
1 C. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. combine hash browns and butter and place in a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Lower oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl combine cheeses, eggs, salt, ham, and cream. Pour over hashbrowns and continue baking at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
