Cake:
2 Eggs
1 T vanilla
1 Can (20oz) crushed pineapple
2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 T baking soda
1 C chopped nuts (optional)

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 1/2 C powder sugar
1 C chopped nuts (optional)
1 T vanilla

Directions:

Cake:
Mix all ingredients and pour onto greased and floured 9 x13 pan or cookie sheet for thinner version.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients until thick and creamy - can add pineapple juice for extra flavor.

Frost cake while hot.

Serve warm or at room temperature
