3 eggs
1/2 c sugar
2 T flour
1 cup (8 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
4 slices of stale bread
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the 3 eggs with a whish. Stir in sugar, flour, and crushed pineapple. There will be a few lumps. Place in a 6" x 10" casserole dish. Cube 4 slices of stale bread. Sprinkle bread cubes on top of the pudding mix. Pour 1 stick of melted butter over the top. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350.
