1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Milk
6 c. Clean Snow (might need a little more)

Directions:

Mix together sugar, vanilla, and milk. Slowly add the snow until you achieve a thick consistency.

This has been around my family for as long as I can remember. This is definitely a southern recipe. I try to introduce this recipe to everyone I meet. Corporate in Latrobe, PA and Boride in Traverse City, Michigan had no idea what Snow Cream was. They do now.
