1 can of flake crabmeat,
1 8oz package of cream cheese,
1 small onion chopped,
1 T fresh lemon juice,
1 8oz bag of grated sharp cheddar cheese,
pepper to taste,
Crackers for spreading

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Mix cream cheese, onion and crab meat until blended well. Mix in lemon juice. Add pepper to taste. Place crab meat mix in a pie plate. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese bubbles (25-30 minutes). Serve with crackers for spreading.
