Dressing:
3 eggs beaten
1 tsp. prepared mustard
dash salt
1 TLB. Flour
1 Cup sugar
1/3 cup Vinegar
2/3 Cup Water

1 pint cream
1 tsp Vanilla
sugar to taste

Fruit:
10 Apples, diced & peeled
3 Bananas
1 large can Sliced Pineapple
2 cups small Marshmallows
Maraschino Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Make this the day before - -Dressing: In saucepan cook eggs, mustard, salt, flour, sugar, vinegar and water. Cook until thick and clear. Remove from stove and cool.
Whip cream and add sugar and Vanilla. Mix whipped cream and dressing together and fold into fruit mixture. Cut Maraschino Cherries in half and place on top for a nice effect.

The best Fruit Salad ever....also a favorite of the Morrells. LaWana is always asked to bring this salad and there usually isn't any left over's. LaWana's secret: dry the apples on clean dish towel, drain the canned fruit and make sure whipped cream mixture is firm before pouring over the fruit. Yummy!!!
