1 large can crushed pineapple
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup water
~ ~ ~ ~
2 pkgs Lime Jello
2 Cups Boiling Water
Juice of 1 large Lemon
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
1 pint cream
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together crushed pineapple, sugar and water. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool.
Boil Water and stir into jello. Stir until dissolved well. Add Lemon Juice. Mix in the cooked pineapple mixture. Let set until wobbly. Whip cream and fold into jello mixture. Add grated cheese and mix well. Pour into cake dripper.
Let set up and serve.

This has always been a favorite of the Morrell family. LaWana has served this as a standard salad at practically every special occasion we have shared as a family. It was also a salad for many Sunday dinners.
