1 lbs hamburger
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper
1 - 10 3/4 oz can cream of celery soup
1 large pkg frozen peas and carrots
1 20 oz pkg tater tots
1/3 envelope onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, ketchup, milk, salt and pepper. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix vegetables with cream soup and onion soup mix and spread over hamburger. Top with tater tots. Bake in a 350 oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
