10 potatoes cooked
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in unsalted water, drain and mash
Combine remaining ingredients and mix together.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

Can top with paprika and onion rings

Can be prepared a day in advance
