1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can rotel
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 small bottle of Italian dressing

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Tostitos Scoops and enjoy!
