1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 of 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Topping:
1/2 of 8 ounce can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly mix meatloaf ingredients, place in a 2-3 quart casserole and form into a loaf. Bake 15 minutes. To make topping, mix ingredients and pour over meatloaf. Bake an additional 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally. Serve over a bed of noodles.
