3 C sifted flour
3t baking powder
1 t salt
1/4 C sugar
2 eggs - beaten
1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C buttermilk
1/2 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients well. Pour into 8x8 greased pan.

Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown at 350.

Cool on wire rack.
