Pecan Rolls Recipe

6 T butter
1 C brown sugar
1 egg -well beaten
pinch of salt
1/2 t vanilla
6 T flour
1 C pecans - chopped finely

Powder sugar for icing

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Mix well and add flour and pecans.

Drop by teaspoons 2-3" apart on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes. Cool and after a few seconds roll in powdered sugar. Serve warm or room temperature.
