4-6 med thick pork chops
2-3 eggs - beaten
Seasoned bread crumbs

6-8 Potatoes - thinly sliced
1 med onion - thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Coat pork chops and refrigerate overnight or min of 4 hours.

Fry pork chops in oil for 2-3 minutes each side until brown. Place in baking dish.

Place thinly sliced potatoes and onions on top of chops and dot with butter. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Do not open during this time.
