4c cooked sweet potatoes mashed
(=2 40oz cans drained yams)
1 stick butter (simi soft)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1c sugar
1/2-3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
(can use apple pie spice)
3 tbsp heaping brown sugar
4 tbsp crushed pineapple with juice


TOPPING
51/3 tbsp butter
1c brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1c pecans chopped

Directions:
mash together butter and sweet potatoes should have little pieces of butter should not be completly smooth then mix together rest of casserole ingredients --(spices extra can be added or deleted depending on taste)----
TOPPING--melt butter add brown sugar, flour & pecans mix together until makes crumbs spriinkle over casserole bake 30min 325
