l leek - chopped up to light green
4 potatoes - peeled and cut up about 1 inch
4 cups water with 3 chicken bouillon cubes
3 zucchini sliced with skin on
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, add to water & potato. Simmer until potato very soft. Add zucchini and simmer until zucchini are done and sort of clear. Wizz it with Braun mixer or blender or however you can.
