1 bunch of fresh broccoli or cauliflower
1 med onion - chopped finely
3 celery stalks - chopped finely
2 chicken bouillon cubes
4 T butter
3 C milk
Mozzerella Cheese for topping


Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli or cauliflower into small chunks - no stems.

Add broccoli/cauliflower, onion and celery plus 2 T butter and 1/4 C milk in skillet and cook on low until mushy.

Transfer to kettle, add rest of butter, mix 3 t of flower with some milk as a paste to thicken soup. Add rest of milk. Cook on low for 30 minutes or until thick - stirring.

Serve with shredded mozzerella on top of hot soup.
