12 2" bread rounds
1/4 C mayo
1 onion soup dip mix
2 T grated parmesan cheese
1 stiffly beaten egg white

Directions:
Directions:
With small glass - cut out 12 2" bread rounds and toast one side under broiler. You can use white, wheat, rye or any type of bread. Herb bread is also good.

Mix the mayo, onion soup mix, parmesan cheese and egg white.

Spoon onto untoasted side of bread rounds.

Bake at 450 for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
