For 2 Turkeys: Half for 1 Turkey
4 lbs of fresh bread - torn into pieces
6 C celery - chopped
4 C onions - chopped
1 1/2 lb butter
2 t salt
1 t pepper
6 t sage
4 t poultry seasoning
2 C milk
2 Bob Evans pork sausage - 1 reg and 1 sage flavored

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion and celery until tender. Optional to add milk to this mixture for moistening.

Pour mixture and seasoning over bread, add sausage - mix well. Check seasoning by tasting...adjust spices.

Pour chicken broth over until well moistened.

Stuff turkey and place left over in a baking pan.
