1 1/2 C salad oil
3/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C worcestershire sauce
2 T dry mustard
1/3 lemon juice
1 T ground pepper
1/2 C cider or red wine vinegar
1 1/2 t fresh chopped parsley
2 cloves crushed garlic

Directions:

Mix well - makes 3 C - store extra in refrigerator.

Place cubes or pork, chicken or beef in marinade overnight or 2 hour minimum.

Place on skewers with vegetables and grill
