1 lb chopped semisweet chocolate
1 C hot 1/2 & 1/2
2 sticks of soft butter
1 T vanilla
8 egg yolks
whip cream or powder sugar as topping

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk chocolate into hot 1/2 & 1/2 until chocolate melts

Whisk in butter and vanilla

Slowly whisk mixture into 8 egg yolks

Bake in 8" springform pan at 350 for 30 minutes - center will be soft
