1 lb ground beef
1 med onion - chopped
1 clove garlic - minced
1 C spaghetti sauce
1 8oz can of stewed tomatoes
1 4oz can of slice mushrooms - drained
8 oz shell macaroni (apx 3 C)
8 oz Sour Cream
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook ground beef, onion, garlic until browned, drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bring to boil, reduce heat.

Cook pasta, drain.

In 2 qt casserole dish - alternate pasta, sauce, sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 min.
