1 C fresh strawberries
1 kiwi fruit - peeled and sliced
1 lemon, sliced and seeded
1 lime, sliced and seeded
1 1/2 C sugar
1 20oz can pineapple chunks - drained
3/4 C lemon juice
1 bottle chilled champagne
1 bottle chilled dry white wine

Fill a 6 C ring mold 2/3 full with water and freeze overnight.

Remove from freezer and arrange strawberries, kiwi, lemon, lime on top of the ice ring. Fill the mold with water to within 1/2 inch of top. Wrap with plastic wrap and freeze. Sprinkle 1/2 C sugar over pineapple, let stand until needed. Combine lemon juice and 1 C sugar, stir until sugar dissolves. In a 3 qt punch bowl, combine pineapple, lemon juice, champagne and wine. Remove ice ring from mold and place gently in punch bowl, fruit side up.
