1 pkg orange jello
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup milk
3/4 cup cool whip
3/4 cup coconut
1 can apricots

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pineapple juice to a boil. Dissolve jello in pineapple juice and CHILL. Add milk and CHILL again until slightly thickened. Fold in cool whip and coconut. Place canned apricots in bottom of large mold. Pour jello mixture over apricots CHILL AGAIN.
