1 bag of Italian, European, or similar salad mix.
Cucumbers
Red Bell Peppers
Halved black olives
Halved grape tomatoes
Red onion
Sunkist almonds accents-ranch style
Feta cheese
Dressing:
3/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1/3 c red wine
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt and finely grounded pepper
1 tsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place the bag of salad mix in a large bowl. Chop and add the following six ingredients in any amount you desire. Mix. Add feta cheese on top.
Mix and add salad dressing and toss.
