3 c rolled oats
1 c chopped almonds
1 c other nuts/seeds (I use sunflower & pumpkin seeds)
3/4 c shredded coconut
1/4 c dark browns sugar
1/4 c pure maple syrup
1/4 c vegetable oil
3/4 t salt
1 cup dried fruits (we like blueberries)

Preheat oven to 250. Combine oats, nuts, coconut, sugar. In
seperate bowl, combine oil, syrup, salt. Mix all together.
spread on 2 sheet pans. Cook 1 hr 15 minutes, stirring every
15 minutes. Add dried fruit.
