Ingredients:  
1 stick Margarine or oil of choice melted in large skillet
onion to taste, chopped (I use 1/2 to 1 sweet onion)
1 1/2 bags of chopped broccoli or about 18 oz. total
Put in butter and saute until broccoli becomes unfrozen
Mix well each of the following in order
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm jar cheese whiz
cooked Minute Rice to yield 2 cups

Bring all of it to a boil just to heat thoroughly. Place in casserole, bake 30 min. at 350
