Peaches and Cream Cheesecake Recipe

3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 c milk
3 oz package instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp butter
1-15 oz can sliced peaches
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp peach juice
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine first 7 ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon into 9-inch pan. Drain peaches and keep juice. Put peaches on batter mix. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 3 tbsp peach juice. Beat 2 minutes. Pour over peaches within 1 inch of sides. (Don't put all the way to the edge.) Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 30-35 minutes.
