1 pkg. Pillsbury Cranberry Quick Bread & Muffin Mix, 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans, 2/3 c. butter, melted, 1 egg, 1 T. sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except sugar in mixing bowl & mix till smooth. Shape dough into 1 1/4" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. With wet glass dipped in sugar, press to 1/8" thickness. Bake 7-9 minutes till golden brown around edges. Do not over bake.
