16 oz. bag of California Mixed Vegetables, cooked & drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 small can Durkee's French fried onions.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked vegetables, soup, half of cheese, half of onions, sour cream & pepper. Pour into a buttered, 1 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions & cheese. Bake another 5 minutes.
