1 cup oil
3 eggs
3 cups chopped apples
2 cups of sugar
1-6oz package of butterscotch morsels
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the oil, sugar and eggs until creamy using mixer. Stir in the chopped apples. Add flour and cinnamon, mix well. Add pecans. Spread batter in a greased and floured 9x13inch pan. Pour the butterscotch morsels evenly over the batter. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
