3 lb pork roast
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1 C Ketchup
1 C clear broth - chicken
1 garlic clove minced or 1/2 t of prepared minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in large roasting pan and bake at 450 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat all other ingredients in saucepan. Pour over meat and bake at 350 for 1.5 hours or until fork is making meat fall off the roast and sauce is thick and bubbly.

Serve on buns with coleslaw
