1 lb veal

Bread crumbs, salt and pepper

Place on short wooden sticks

Directions:

Cut meat into 2" cubes, shake on seasoning and crumbs, place on sticks.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour
Bake at 300 for 1/2 hour

Serve with mash potatoes and green beans
